The Way I Work

Listening to my clients’ needs by focussing on their mental as well as physical side with empathy and tolerance is the centre of my work.

The source of feeling of discomfort can be quite complex. Most therapists specialise in one field and offer only one form of treatment, which can be insufficient follow a holistic approach, focusing on the connection of mind, body and soul. It is the process of:

  • Awareness of what you feel
  • Exploring what you might want to improve or change
  • Coaching you how to change
  • Supporting you on your way

We work out a strategy, which treatment works best for you – individually or a combination of life coaching, massage or Reiki healing.
